Setting up what? Need more information. If you're installing an OS then the first step form most OS installs is accepting the licence agreement, can't really fail that. Then the hard drive is partitioned, if you're having problems here make sure your hard drive is connected, has power, etc. and maybe use a live CD to partition it for you (Google gParted Live), if that still doesn't help then call a helpline or take it in to a computer store and have them set it up for you.
