Regular celebi won't work. It has to be the event celebi. Pretty much one in a cherish ball.
Yes, you can catch the Spiky-eared Pichu in the English versions of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver however you need access to the Gamestop or Wi-Fi Pikachu-colored Pichu distribution in order to gain access to the Spiky-eared Pichu.
Yes, in fact, you can access the GTS in heartgold and soulsilver. It's at the far left side of Goldenrod City.
Yes you can but some features from heartgold and soulsilver wont be available. Such as the different forms of rotom giratina and shaymin but most likely you wont have access to that because that's in Pokemon platinum

Urban planning significantly shaped Americans' lives by influencing where people lived, worked, and interacted. Well-designed cities facilitated access to essential services, transportation, and recreational spaces, promoting healthier lifestyles and social cohesion. Conversely, poor urban planning led to issues like traffic congestion, pollution, and social segregation. Overall, it played a critical role in shaping economic opportunities and quality of life in urban environments.
You have to have all badges and the league champion ship medal.
Celebi cannot be found through normal game play in Pokemon SoulSilver. You must access an event to get Celebi.
In order to access the special event with a Celebi in Pokémon HeartGold, it must be a Celebi that has the "Fateful Encounter" flag in its summary. If it does not have "Fateful Encounter" in its summary then it will not activate the special time travel event in "HeartGold."
You use the Poke Transfer. After you get your national pokedex, you gain access to the Poke Transfer lab. You will need another DS/DSi/DSi XL with the Pokemon game you received Celebi in. Then on Pokemon Black talk to the head scientist at the Poke Transfer lab and he'll let you use the machine. Go to DS Download Play on your other Pokemon game's system and wait for it to download the Poke Transfer software. Then pick 6 Pokemon to transfer and play a little catching mini-game. Then tada you have Celebi. Make sure you put Celebi in your PC in your other DS game before starting the transfer though.
Before you beat the league, the only things you can transfer from GenIV games (inc. HG/SS) are the 13th movie Celebi and shiny beasts, using the Relocator. Only after beating the league do you get access to the PokeTransfer lab.
GTTV Presents GameStop Inside Access - 2011 TV was released on: USA: 16 September 2011
The note in the Ilex forest is towards the beginning of the forest. It is next to the Celebi shrine. You will most likely need cut to access the note and shrine, though.
To obtain Celebi in Pokémon Diamond, players need to have access to the event that allows the Pokémon to be obtained, as Celebi is not available through regular gameplay. However, in Pokémon Diamond, you can receive the National Pokédex after earning all 8 Gym Badges from Sinnoh and defeating the Elite Four. Once you have the National Pokédex, you can participate in special events or use specific methods to acquire Celebi, such as using the Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia game to unlock the event.
Yes, you can use the "walk through walls" cheat in Pokémon Pearl to access areas that are otherwise unreachable, including the location where Celebi is typically found in events. However, Celebi is not available in the wild in Pokémon Pearl; it was originally obtainable through special events. Using cheats can sometimes lead to glitches or unintended consequences, so proceed with caution if you choose to use this method.
I'll assume you mean Zoroark. To get Zoroark, you have to have one of the event shiny legendary trio (Entei, Raikou, and Suicune) from Gamestop or the WiFi event, and use the Relocator to take them from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver(which ever you got them on), and put them on Black or White. This triggers an event where you can access Lostlorn Forest to get Zoroark. Make sure to bring adequate pokeballs, Zoroark is at lv 25. You can get multiples of the trio if you have multiple games. To get Zorua, do the same thing but with the event Celebi. There is a girl in Castelia city with what appears to be a boy. Take Celebi there. The boy will reveal himself to be Zorua. You do not battle him, you just need any pokeball. These Pokemon are not available without the events. I am not aware if there are any cheats or Action Replay codes to do it without the events. For the best Pokemon information Site available, go to Serebii.
