that depends on a few things:
what kind of pants the guy is wearing
what kind of underpants the guy is wearing
how big the payload this guy is delivering
semen is not some sort of all powerful liquid that will seep through anything. if the guy is freeballing it (wearing no underwear) and he squirts in some khakis, well then yeah its going to make a stain. However, if he's got some formidable boxers or briefs, and a darker colored pants, like jeans maybe, then more than likely its not going to show up, and even if it does, it will fade away in 10 or 15 minutes.
