Im looking to get into filming but do not have a camcorder video camera Im a beginner looking for a cheap good camera that i can take outdoors snowboarding biking etc What camera should i buy?

Ok i am an ameteur too but i just got a HDR-XR106 ................. amazing! touch screen HD and is maximum 500 pounds! not too much for HD you can change it from HD to SD and back and forth. It comes with software. You can take photos while filming and photos are great, but not professional 4 MB but it seems like it is more! Great cam! you should get it! the most expensive place is amazon 500 pounds but look around! Oh it also has in-built memory with 80 Gb amzing! for a cam! 33 hrs you never will use that! The battery lasts for 2 hours but you can get another The Fh100 or something like that and lasts for about 4 Hrs!
