In Islam, when one prays, they have to do wudhu (ablution) in order for the prayer to "count". Alot of Muslims say that because a tattoo is covering some layers of your skin, the wudhu doesn't count and if the wudhu doesn't count, then how can your prayer count? Whoever goes to hell or heaven.
