In Islam, when one prays, they have to do wudhu (ablution) in order for the prayer to "count". Alot of Muslims say that because a tattoo is covering some layers of your skin, the wudhu doesn't count and if the wudhu doesn't count, then how can your prayer count? Whoever goes to hell or heaven. That is for Allah to decide and He knows best but it is better not to get a tattoo. Why risk the chance of your prayers not being accounted for.
You should not go into the ocean right after you've gotten a tattoo. This could cause the tattoo to not set properly.
You must go to a tattoo shop and ask for oneJust Joking
No, no, no. If you want a tattoo go to someone who does it.
if it's still raised up, like you can feel it when you run your hand over it, its likely scarred so no it'll stay that way.
You can maybe get the fake ones at walmart. If you want a real tattoo you have to go to a tattoo shop / tattoo parlour/ tattoo studio and have a consultation with a tattooist about what you want.
Yes, anybody who obeys the laws of their God can go to heaven.
This is not a Biblical teaching. Suggest you go to Islam for an answer.

Answer 1Of course not because their non-believers.How can they go if they dont believe in Allah and the Day Of Judgement.Answer 2It depends on who is asked the question. According to Islam, those who do not believe in Islam will not go to heaven. According to other religions, it entirely depends, both depending on the non-Islamic religion chosen to determine who goes to heaven and who does not and depending on what non-Islamic religion the person who is being selected chooses.
Yes, you can still go to heaven if you habitually sin. If a person believes in God, accepts him into their heart, and really tries to live like him (even with flaws), they can still go to heaven.
Sure
Of course you can
If there really is a heaven, you probably can not leave, because the alternatives are no-existence (Judaism), hell (Christianity and Islam), or a return to earth, presumably forever. If there is no heaven, then you will never really go there.
No.... you must be at least 16 and still have a parental consent and have them there when you get your tattoo. But you could go to Texas and get a tattoo at 14 with a parent.
