I want to assume this is a GM 3.1L because they are very common. Look at the left hand valve cover. There should be a PCV valve jammed into it.
The PCV valve is located on top of the engine, just right of the intake manifold. One end is pushed in the hose that comes out of the top of the valve cover, the other end goes to a short length tube connected to the throttle throat.
