If you mean can other people catch it from you, the answer is no. However, the offspring of someone with Heart disease are more likely to get it than someone who has no history of heart disease in their family.

I'm sure non-communicable is the answer that is desired.

There are some theories that some heart disease may be from chronic low grade infections and so communicable and treatable with antibiotics. Research is ongoing so this is still experimental.

Heart disease is rarely classed as "communicable" We understand "communicable" to mean an infection passed by one person to another. Typhoid, tuberculosis, leprosy, the common cold and 'flu are examples of communicable diseases. Heart disease is usually caused by clogged up arteries or high blood pressure and conditions like that. People inherit genes from their parents which could make someone more prone to heart disease, so yes, dodgy genes are passed from parents to children, so I suppose the tendency to heart disease could be communicated from parent to child, but this is not what we think of when we use the term "communicable disease". There is at least one exception though, and that is Rheumatic Fever which is infectious or communicable, and it damaged a lot hearts. There is a name for it - Rheumatic Heart. If you type that into a search engine, I'm sure it would give you a lot more detail.

Very few Heart diseases are infectious. One example is bacterial endocarditits.
