That depends on what you mean by easy and on what vehicle (there are several types of wheel bearings and assemblies). For someone with the correct tools, preferably with a repair manual, and a little mechanical experience, it is pretty easy for most vehicles. For someone who can't change a spark plug or a tire, probably not so much.
I have had to do this. This process is generally the same for any car. 1 Take off the wheel with the bad bearing. 2 Remove the caliper 3 Behind the caliper is the end of the axel. Inside of it, you will see a circular shaped object lined with bearings. Just pull it out. You usually have to replace the what I'm pretty sure is called the rase. Basically, this is a metal liner that sits between the bearing and the inside of the axel. This is not easy to get out! I'm sure there is some special tool you can borrow from an automotive store. They usually loan these kinds of things out for free. If you can't get this liner out by yourself, you might consider having a mechanic put new bearings on for you.
The speed sensor is on the front passenger side of the car. Loosen the nuts on the wheel, then jack it up. remove the wheel. As you look where the wheel was, to your left is the speed sensor. It is at an angle, angled towards the back of the car. first unhook the wires attached. you can do this by hand. next, remove the bolt that is holding the speed sensor on. I believe it is a 10mm, and you will need a deep socket. once you remove the bolt, the sensor slides right out. Also, make sure you replace the "O" ring on the sensor. this is an easy job.
Unscrew the panel under the steering wheel, and you should see it bolted underneath. Really easy to replace.
You will need to remove the rear tire and wheel. Remove the axle end cap. Remove the wheel bearing nut. Remove the wheel bearing and the wheel seal. Reverse the process to install the new wheel bearing.
Easy... Tilt the wii remote on its side

You will have to give more information to get a good answer. Two wheel or 4 wheel drive, front or rear, etc.,, What year is it? Front wheel bearings on the mid 90" should be easy to change. Just remove the wheel, remove the bearings and the races (will have to be pressed or knocked out of the hub) then replace the races, first, then the bearings. Put plenty of grease on them . You should replace the seals as well. On the 1999 and probably later, you will find that they have a "double set" of bearings for each wheel with only one bearing race. You will have to have the old race pressed out at a machine shop and the new one pressed in, again press the bearings and put in new seals. Will cost over $100 per wheel for the bearings and machine work in most places, plus the cost of the seals.
An easy way to do it is to put some wheel bearing grease in the palm of your hand and then, scoop up the grease with the end of the wheel bearing. You will see the excess grease come out from between the bearings. There's an instructional video included below also, that shows how to replace these on a 93-97 Ford Ranger.
Front is easy, just replace hub rear is pressed in
depends on if its the front or rear, if its rear its fairly easy its a whole assembly. for the front however you have to pull it and have a new bearing pressed in at a shop, and you have to remove alot more with the front end vs the back
Between $250 and $350, it also depends on whether they have to align the wheels.Yes and No.If we are talking about the front wheel bearing you can do it yourself with a minimum of tools and time. Pick up a copy of haynes or chilton repair for the year of your vehicle the step by step instructions are very good. The rear wheel bearings are even easier to replace, but this depends on your vehicle make and model. In the case of the rear wheels if you can change a tire you can change the bearings, however this isn't the case for all cars.Bearings cost from $40 to $400 and higher. Some cars require the entire hub assembly to be changed which could be even more expensive.Labor will be about an hour for each bearing (about $70-$150) each.Ans 2 - With so many of today's cars being front wheel drive, many amateurs can NOT replace front wheel bearings easily ! In these cases it's necessary to separate the main ball joint and remove the CV joint - NOT easy for an amateurThe cost to repair wheel bearings varies based on the exact part(s) being replaced, and the person doing the repair. there are three bolt on the back of the hub. did it about 2 months ago.very easy. just remember to take the large axel nut off first. otherwise giant pain in the rear. you must replace the hubs.
Yes the rear bearings are replaceable . Bearings and the races are very easy to replace or repack , It may have a castle nut with a cotter pin or a crush nut , if it has a crush nut you may want to order a new one before you take it apart .
This is not an easy job. Best to have it done at your local shop. Labor is about 1 hour per side, bearing cost is around $ 60.00.
Take the old one out and put the new one in. Easy...not rocket science.
