If your nonstick pan is sticking, you can first spray it with a baking/cooking spray like Pam or you can place paper cupcake cups in the wells of the muffin pan before adding the muffin mix. There is 2 things that can be done. Spray the paper cups with a nonstick baking spray or just not use the paper cups at all, and just spray the muffin pan with baking spray and they will fall right out.
