There are other wall coverings besides tile. Also, you could use larger floor tile to make the work easier. Maybe an exterior paint would work, but should you want to sell, the buyers would see this as a bad shortcut.
Use paint thinner .
First prime it with a concrete floor primer, available in Home Depot about $25 per gallon. - You will use much less finish paint this way.
You can paint pretty much anything with interior paint. You could use it to paint walls in any room of your house such as the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom.
As floor coating or paint, not to actually replace the metal.
I'm taking a guess that it is Latex Paint. The best and fastest way would be to use a Paint Scraper. Stripper would work but it would take the Final Finish off of your floor. If it is a large area, you could use a Heat Gun...carefully as that also would take the Clear protecting coat off of the floor. I would go with the paint scraper. Not a Putty Knife, a Paint Scraper.
some floor paint might successfully be applied to walls, it's not going to look as colourful or as attractive. Likewise, wall paint mistakenly applied to the floor will quickly flake and scuff without the addition of a strong protective layer. Wall paint is mixed to custom specifications with blended pigments.
Yes, but you should you use an adhesive that is ductile
You can use floor tile in the shower, perhaps certain types that specify that you can't are an exception. There is literally no reason why you can't. I have been using matching floor tile on shower walls for years. Just make sure that if you have to use thinset to do so, instead of glue. Make sure you have denshield or Cementboard as the board being used to set on, and make sure that you know what you are doing, because if not it will most likely look terrible, and fall apart.
The best type of mortar to use for a shower installation is a polymer-modified thinset mortar. This type of mortar is specifically designed to bond well with both the shower pan and the tiles, providing a strong and durable foundation for the shower walls and floor.

The best materials to use for a tile shower floor are porcelain or ceramic tiles. These materials are durable, water-resistant, and easy to clean, making them ideal for a shower environment.
For installing shower walls, it is recommended to use a waterproof thinset mortar to ensure a strong and durable bond that can withstand moisture and humidity in the shower area.
For a shed floor, it is recommended to use a durable and weather-resistant floor paint or epoxy paint specifically designed for concrete or wood surfaces. This type of paint will provide protection against moisture, stains, and wear, ensuring the longevity of the shed floor.
To ensure a successful installation of shower walls in your bathroom, follow these steps: Measure the space accurately to ensure the correct size of the shower walls. Prepare the walls by cleaning and smoothing the surface. Use the right adhesive or mounting hardware for the type of shower walls you have chosen. Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully during installation. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to dry before using the shower.
When I was in the shower last week I slipped because the shampoo fell all on the floor and it was slippery
To seal a shower properly and prevent water leaks and damage, use silicone caulk to seal the joints and edges where the shower walls meet the floor and where the walls meet each other. Make sure to clean and dry the surfaces before applying the caulk, and use a caulk gun for a smooth application. Check the seal regularly for any signs of wear or damage and reapply caulk as needed.
