Standing in front of the vehicle with the hood open, #1 would be at the six O'Clock position on the distributor cap, from there clockwise would be 1, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. The bank of cylinders on the drivers side from front to back would be 1, 3, and 5. The bank of cylinders on the passenger side from front to back would be 2, 4, and 6.
