"VR" is a Nikon thing. It means "vibration reduction." It's got two parts to it.
In the camera body, there are two angular velocity sensors. One of them detects up-and-down shaking, the other detects side-to-side shaking.
In the lens there is one glass element that's got two motors attached to it. They move the element to compensate for your shaking. The result is you can shoot at shutter speeds far slower than you could without it.
The VR lens only works as part of a system, so if you buy a VR lens and put it on a non-VR camera it won't do you any good.
A photographer also uses a lens protector, a stand, an interchangeable lens, and much more equipment.
Basically most video cameras are fixed lens so you cannot put a camera lens in it unless it is specially built.
In a camera with a removable lens system, the camera body is all of the camera except the lens mechanism. Many more-sophisticated cameras employ a system of removable/ exchangeable lenses. The "camera body" and the "lens" are often sold separately. What is called simply the "lens," though, is really a lens tube with multiple lenses and multiple adjustment mechanisms. It will have a standard connection point that mates to the lens mount on the camera body.
Yes I can --> can you?
For Canon cameras 'IS' refers to "Image Stabilisation". Nikon have the same technology but they call it "VR" - "Vibration Reduction" and other manufacturers have different names for it but they all amount to the same thing. With some SLR camera manufactures the image stabilisation is built into the body of the camera but generally the IS is built into the lens. It reduces the effect of "camera shake" which can make your images blurry at lower shutter speeds.
The 55-300mm VR lens is a telephoto zoom lens with a focal length range of 55mm to 300mm. It features Vibration Reduction (VR) technology to reduce camera shake and produce sharper images. The lens has a maximum aperture of f/4.5-5.6 and is compatible with Nikon DSLR cameras.

Yes, you need a PlayStation Camera to use PlayStation VR, but the PS Camera V2 is specifically designed for PlayStation VR on the PS4. If you're using a PS5 with PlayStation VR, you can use the PS Camera V2 with an adapter, which is provided by Sony. However, for the new PlayStation VR2, a camera is not required, as it has its own tracking system.
I think you mean "SLR". It stands for Single Lens Reflex.
