Tattoos, like piercings, are foreign to the natural state of the human body. It was not meant to have any foreign bodies injected. When the body senses "foreign matter" it activates its immune system and the cells used in fighting diseases, viruses and colds is kicked into action. When the foreign bodies are not ejected/fixed or eliminated from the human body the state of the "fighting" immune cells become dulled to the presence of the piercing or the tatoo.

In essence the body comes to accept the foreign matter and in a sense become complacent. Now when a virus comes along, such as H1N1 or H5N1, these fighter cells have become complacent and therefore do not have the same efficacy as they once did, therefore lowering the bodies immune system. Voila...the virus/cold is in and the body can't fight it.

Try to keep your body free of foreign matter which includes the following:

1. Nitrates (found in processed meats)

2. Alcohol and Tobacco

3. Pharmaceuticals (seek the natural way in all cases possible)

4. All fast foods

5. Piercings and Tattoos

Your immune system will be boosted and stronger with the following aids:

1. Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth (I use it daily and it cleans the body of toxins)

I bought in B.C. Canada from I think it was called Nature's Gaia Company.

2. Aloe Vera juice (found at most local health food stores)

3. Coconut oil/milk

4. Fresh mint and ginger root

Whcih dermal layer is ink?

Tattoo ink is deposited in the dermis, which is the second layer of skin located beneath the epidermis. This layer contains connective tissue, blood vessels, and nerve endings, providing a stable environment for the ink particles. The ink particles are trapped by fibroblasts, preventing them from being easily removed by the body's immune system, which is why tattoos are permanent.
