Haha, is ballroom dancing hard? No, not for teens not for adults and not for children. (I know because I do ballroom dancing. Competitions and stuff) It's really easy and if you join a social class, there are lots of beginners so you don't feel like your the worst in the room. Also if you get the correct shoes - high heels for girls - you should practise walking in them because the little heels are hard to walk in when you first get them, but easy to dance in and eventually easy to walk in.
