I have same problem with an 02 & 06 reg, roofrack seals are useless also the aerial can leak water in, with water coming out of interior light, silconed both items, I thinks that has cured it.

You just have to see where it is leaking. There are numberous gaskets and hoses it can be coming from. Have it preasurized and it will be easier to find.
