The eye has two chambers: the front chamber (aqueous chamber) has aqueous fluid, the back chamber (vitreous chamber) has vitreous fluid.
A closed reaction chamber is simply a chamber that is closed with matter inside of it. The chamber measures how much matter there is before and after a reaction.
Pectinate muscles
The type of muscle that is found in the right atrium is mainly the pectinate muscles. This is one of the four chambers of the heart.

In terms of location, the pectinate muscle can be found in the atrium, while the trabeculae carnea can be found in the ventricles. Also notice the trabeculae carnae should be thicker in the left ventricle as it is pumping blood into the systemic circuit (which has more surface area than the pulmonary circuit).

The ridges in the anterior wall of the right atrium are called pectinate muscles or pectinate ridges. These muscular ridges are important for increasing the surface area of the atrium to allow for more efficient contraction and blood flow.
Hilton's white line is slightly below the pectinate line. The transition of epithelium at Hilton's white is from non-keratinising squamous to keratining squamous while at the pectinate line it is coloumnar to non-keratinising stratified squamous. Also Hilton's seperates the venous drainage from potal to systemic while pectinate line seperates arterial supply from inf. mesenteric to internal pudendal. Second year med student
