Almost impossible to do that, you need a totally different colour base.

With dark oak floors, I would go for a darker color. Like a dark green, dark purple, or a dark blue. For a lighter oak I'd go with lighter colors. Like a somewhat dark yellow or possibly a tan.

The color would be a sort of gold or cream. However paint colors could have many decorative names such as bee pollen, citrus zest and feather gold.
