i myself served six years for violent and non violent felonies YES it is a challenge no its not impossible i know for a fact there are 100's of companies out there who hire felons sony does sprint Verizon aamco dell american airlines united air lines to just list a few you just have to look and i mean look at the fine print of a companie that is available to you EOE doesnt always mean equal in the process of background i know people with FBI records who work for the dept of health as an I.T administrators for security over their networks ! so all it is time and persistance and it wil eventually turn results ........... good luck .
