The reason is that many cultures believe ghosts wear the clothes they were buried in; the white sheet resembles a classic burial shroud during the ceremony.
A bullfighting costume mostly consists of a silk jacket, heavily embroidered in gold, skintight pants, and a montera (a bicome hat). The best fabrics are used to make a bullfighting costume so that a matador would feel comfortable and look outstanding. The bullfighting costume price can be up to thousands of dollars and a famous matador must have at least six of them for a season. The most famous matadors buy their bullfighting costumes from top designers, which are made to an exclusive and personal order. Modern matadors can be quite extravagant in their choice; they can wear pink socks, a white shirt and a red tie, and a large purple or yellow cape. Earlier, bullfighting costumes were also made to an order and each one possessed unique and unrepeatable features, distinguishing one from another.
Crop tops or capri pants are both options.
A costume. Which costume would depend on which part.
It really depends on the musical, or setting of the musical. For example, if the musical took place at a festival in mideval times, a good costume could be a jester. A jester coustume should include many different colors and patterns. Or perhaps the musical took place on a bus or subway; A character in a show like that would probably wear everyday clothes unless they were a psychopath or something.
A bird costume would be easy, and lots of birds are yellow.
A farmer's wife costume for a child can be as easy as a plain dress with an apron. A straw hat or sunbonnet would be an acceptable accessory for this costume.
it depends. if you like dorthy then it would be a good costume. if you just wanna wear something cute then yes, it is a good costume.
It depends if you are a male or female. A great male colonial costume would be Benjamin Franklin. For a female, a great colonial costume Betsy Ross would be fantastic.
If an individual feels it is right to wear a certain costume, than he or she can. There should be no limitations to what an adult should wear as far as costumes are concerned. For a general idea of what an age-appropriate adult costume looks like, though, check out this site: http://kccbigcountry.hubpages.com/hub/Halloween-Costume-Ideas-to-Wear-to-Work
Bat bags are a type of purse that can be an accessory to your costume. I do not believe you can actually wear the bag as a full costume. If you wanted to use this purse it would be a great addition with a black dress and bat wings.
You would want to wear the traditional costume of this area. You would need to do a quick image search online to find examples to use.
In general it is not considered futuristic. It's more of a fantasy/magical costume. When I think futuristic, I think of something Lady Gaga would wear.
If it is a kid that is wearing the costume then it's probably because they love Elmo. If it is an adult wearing the Elmo costume then it is probably because they wanted to be silly.
Not an official uniform but you would be allowed to wear one one if it is from a costume shop etc- so long as you did not try to make any effort to convey the belief to anyone that you WERE an officer.
