What could be wrong with 1992 supra It starts good but after running for may be a minute it starts chugging at 4000 rpm and blows black smoke also wont idle have changed all spark plugs?

Blowing black smoke typically means that the vehicle is either getting too much fuel or not enough air. Check the air cleaner and make sure it's clean, and if that's not it, check the injectors

The timing on your truck is probley off mine had the similar problem. If you don't have i timing light, you can always do it by ear. Just turn it clockwise till your engine starts up if it starts up your close, if it stays running turn it little buy little till it purrs..
