I,m having the same problem with my 2005 dodge durango. Will start up but dies immediatly or sometimes won't start at all.Thought it was the fuel pump replaced and still the same thing. Was messing around in the fuse box under the hood and it started.I believe I've narrowed it down to the bcm-body control module mounted on the front of the fuse box.Sometimes it won't start and I can hit the bcm and it will start right up.
It starts better when its warm!
I can tell you right now that dodge doesnt suck. I think you mean ford. Dodge just has transmission problems every 40,000 miles. That isn't bad compared to being screwed from the start(ford) and Americas worst truck for 3 years running(Chevy)
The thermosphere starts right after the mesosphere
Put gas in it and turn the key until it starts.
A 2006 Dodge does not have a carburetor, and there are no adjustments. If it running too rich you have a computer, sensor, wiring issue. Start by checking for trouble codes.A 2006 Dodge does not have a carburetor, and there are no adjustments. If it running too rich you have a computer, sensor, wiring issue. when my 1998 Dodge Durango would start and cut back off, I had to reset the alarm by using the lock / unlock buttons on my key remote.
Sounds like it's running lean. a fuel pump, or related issue....
