In some vehicles the fan does stay on for alittle bit after the engine has been shut down... if it stays on for along time and wont go off then it might be the fan relay. does the fan eventually switch off by itself?if it does the fan is working corectly.it stays on till the temp is pulled back down to the temp setting.if it does not eventually shut off by it self, you need to have the fan thermostat checked
Defective ignition switch or tumbler assembly.
Green, brown, barky, beautiful, grand, tiny, splendid, strong, weak.
Most likely low on freon.
Not unless you forget and walk away from a running car. Could also cause engine problems. Might want to get the ignition checked or the key. Happened to me a few times with an older car. We did have a problem with the engine. Cracked block from the car over-heating. That basically killed the car... I'm not really sure if its a bad thing, but my friend had this really old car and he would the the key out while we were driving. far i know nothing bad every happen good luck
Check the ignition module in the distributor. Potentially it is failing when heated. Once the ignition module cools, it may fire for a while. Check for spark when this happens. If so it usually is the module or the coil .... either is usually less than 50 bucks. When the car dies look at the tachometer, if it stays at zero, you've got no ingnition signal. Some autoparts stores can check this part for you.
Have a Chrysler diag. it with a scan tool. The good news that the brake system will still work as if there were no ABS system
Unless your radiator has a leak, the radiator fluid stays in the radiator.
Defective ignition switch or tumbler assembly.
The fan should turn off after the engine is shut off. If it stays on, the radiator fan relay has failed.
You have air in your brake lines. Have the brakes bled.
Either the radiator is blocked, or the thermostat is stuck closed, or the water pump has failed.or it just needs water.
