Nothing because it's illegal.
18 in every state. You can get a form from the tattoo shop to get your parents' permission if you're underage- you have to take it to a notary, have your parents sign it in front of them then the notary signs and stamps it and then you can get a tattoo if you are under 18. Some people still get tattoos if they're under 18- these people usually know tattoo artists personally. A tattoo artist can get sued if they do work on someone under 18 if the parent really gets upset.
Of course not! Nobody will accept a photocopy of an ID ... that's why you have a legal ID in the first place.
I just had a tattoo done and I take coumadin daily...I had no problems. I told the artist prior to my tattoo being done so he was aware I could bleed...no problems though
A belly button piercing,or naval piercing,is basically a piercing on the belly button. It can take about 4 to 6 months to heal after getting pierced. The legal age to get one depends on what state you live in. Most naval piercings are done in tattoo parlors or places that specialize in body piercings.
It is a pigment that reacts to Ultra Violet light. My tattoo shop wil not touch the stuff. If you want to see how your tattoo would look if it reacted to black light take some mineral water and paint it on. I guess some people want a tatto but they don't want it visible until they are in a club / bar. I think it is a shame to hide any good art.
Yes, it is safe to get a tattoo and a piercing on the same day. There is nothing that suggests otherwise, unless you intend to put a piercing over an area that has already been tattooed on the same day, which may lead to infection or destruction of the tattoo. If you can take the pain, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get a tattoo and a piercing on the same day.
Nope. It is a liability to take on underage clients with out consent
Make good grades and take out the trash.

about 10 grand
now a days almost all shops changes needle. there were many diseases noted with tatto piercing and so now almost all shop take precautions and change tattoo needle after each use.
Nowhere unless your parents take you & sign for you. DO NOT TRUST A SHOP THAT KNOWINGLY PIERCES MINORS. If they're willing to pierce underage customers, imagine what else they skirt around (dirty needles, used jewellery, unlicensed piercers, etc.)
To start a tattoo shop you or an employee has to be licensed to tattoo in the state you are living in. To get licensed you normally go through a six month apprenticeship and then take board exams.
Body Piercing facilities are inspected by the local health protection and inspection office and are licensed by the local city hall business licensing department. Listed in the yellow pages under heading of "Body Piercing" and or "Tattoos". All Body Piercing and Tattoo studios have age limits set by the licensing agency so age limits can vary from town to town and city to city. Prices for piercings can also vary from shop to shop as well as the requirements for parental consent. Your best bet is to call your local city hall business licensing office and ask about age requirements for your area. Then call the local studios listed and ask about shop policies and prices.
No if you would want to further your experience in art, you can take art classes but college is not needed. You can go to a local tattoo shop and see if you can become an apprentice.
Yes, most definitely. If you cant get the jewerly off, and have been trying for a while, stop trying. The more you pull and tug at it trying to get the jewelry off, the more you irritate the piercing and run the risk of hurting yourself. For most piercers, when they take you on as a client, they follow through with you with any help that you need. Most piercers will take jewelry off as a courtesy. I would definitely go back to your piercer.
you will look ridiculous when you are 80 years old and all saggy Tattoos and body piercing itself is not dangerous to your health. Not going to a clean shop, with licencesed professionals, is very stupid. Be sure to take proper care of both. Do research on anything you want to have done before you put ink in your skin or metal though your flesh. Visit the shop you have in mind before hand, get to know the person who will be modifying your body, get tips and aftercare advice first. Keep it CLEAN, let it heal, and yes, keep in mind you will look funny at 80 years old with a Hello Kitty tattoo on your lower back..........
