It is a pigment that reacts to Ultra Violet light. My tattoo shop wil not touch the stuff. If you want to see how your tattoo would look if it reacted to black light take some mineral water and paint it on. I guess some people want a tatto but they don't want it visible until they are in a club / bar. I think it is a shame to hide any good art.

Not ink poisoning probably, but there are many other infections you can get that can be very dangerous, even if you take the proper precautions to disinfect. Go to a professional is probably your best bet.
Tattoos are made of ink pigments embedded in the skin.
NO. Tattoos hurt because of the needle guns that puncture the skin to leave ink behind. Black light tattoos do not hurt anymore or less than regular tattoos. Their ink is what glows in black light, and it is very similar to regular ink.
Tattoos are harmful because you could get ink poisoning from the ink used. You could also develope an allergic reaction to the types of pigments used in certain colors of ink.
No, They cannot. Just like any color ink when you get a tattoo it does not fade or change color, once it is there it's with you forever and will stay the say color, not necessarily shape because as you grow older your skin tends to loosen (you get wrinkles) the wrinkles tend to make tattoos look funny. But no they will not turn yellow.(:
You can get ink poisioning.

Tattoos are permanent because a needle scratches the skin and leaves ink in the wound pattern (your tattoo design). The scratches then heal around the ink and seal it in. The ink basically becomes part of the body. by the way the ink is a special ink so dont think you can diy a tattoo with any ink
yes you can if the cut is deep enough for blood to come out
