well i could be wrong, but from my class on aboriginal mythology tattoos hold religious and political meaning. The farther up your body the tattoo is placed, the higher standing you had in the government and the symbol depicts which gods you worshiped. The star probably indicates the god of new life and fertility, possibly eternal life depending on which tribe you belonged to. the colors were supposed to have some specific meaning but usually depended on the person and their family's history. I assume the person getting this tattoo is of Australian descent, and probably works in the government, they probably want to move higher in the ranks and are possibly part of a secret occult. i would stay away from this person as they may also like sacrificing family members and close friends, they are also prone to rape, bestiality, or extreme fetishes, that while at the time may seem fun and adventurous are actually very detrimental. if dealing with this person is unavoidable then taking a quick swig of vodka or shot of perfume will allow you to safely handle said dangers. good luck hunting vampires or whatever the hell it is you were asking help for!
