Who was the first person to have HIV AIDS?
Some people believe that HIV or Aids as they are two different diseases originated from Monkeys(your mom). And tribal hunters of any different race or country killed and ate the dead monkeys that were hunted. Therefore passing on the virus to there tribe then to another tribe and so on like the domino effect. So there is no way to tell who the very first person was to get either virus. I'm not sure about the monkey with aids theory but i do believe it may have been the cause for it.
