In the mini cooper, the amber flashing exclamation mark comes on when the tires are low on pressure and the traction changes. Keep on checking the tire pressure to control that.
If its a real cooper, then one means the engines too hot, one means your main beam lights are on, and the other means your engine oil pressures low

A lot of resins are used in varnishes. Printer's varnish uses copal resin, polyurethane varnish uses polyurethane, amber varnish contains amber.
It's the low tire pressure warning. Check your tire pressure and adjust accordingly. Then, with the key in the on position, hold the button under the handbrake until it resets itself.
Flashing amber light means slow down, watch for potential dangers. Flashing red means stop; proceed if and when it is safe.

189.043 Flashing white or amber lights to warn of traffic hazard permitted. Notwithstanding any other provisions against the use of flashing lights, any vehicle may be equipped with lamps which may be used for the purpose of warning the operators of other vehicles of the presence of a vehicular traffic hazard requiring the exercise of unusual care in approaching, overtaking or passing and when so equipped may display such warning in addition to any other warning signals required by law. The lamps used to display such warning to the front shall be mounted at the same level and as widely spaced laterally as practicable, and shall display simultaneously flashing white or amber lights, or any shade of color between white and amber. A red light - steady or flashing - means STOP. A steady amber light means Caution - signal about to change. A flashing amber light means SLOW DOWN.
That sounds like the "low tire pressure" light. Check all the tires for proper air pressure.
If there are pedestrians still crossing when the amber light is flashing, the motorist must remain stationary. If there are no pedestrians crossing, the motorist can proceed. (But, be careful of pedestrians taking a chance and attempting to cross when the amber light is flashing - it is best to use caution until the light turns green.)

If the symbol resembles a a U with an exclamation point and there are square ridges on the bottom of the U that means you have Low Tire Pressure. If the symbol is a complete circle and resembles a sun with an exclamation point in the center it means it is a exterior light that has burned out.
