What does the reaper cloth do in pokemon soulsilver?

you fly to the resort area where the ribbon house is. You walk north towards the big patch af grass and go past the trainer. When you see a tree that can be cut down and a rock you go through there and ta da. theres your reaper cloth

Go to Mt. Silver after you get the 16 badges from Johto and Kanto and by the Pokemon center (down and left) using Surf there is a Pokeball and in it is a Reaper Cloth. If a Dusclops is holding it and you trade the pokemon you will get a Dusknoir.

I can't remember exactly but if you find the sage in Route 14 eventually if you follow the paths and stuff I think you find it. If not it's in the Abundant Shine somewhere. Try using the Dowsing Machine in those two places and look for the Pokeballs. Sorry I can't be more specific!

It is next to the last waterfall before the abundant shrine. Mismagious LOVES this item.

you give it to a dusclops and when you trade it, it becomes a dusknoir

on your way to lake acuity and if your rock climbing in the way from snowpoint, it will be in the bottom left corner in a poke ball
