bad wheel bearing will cause vibration at the very least. at the worst the wheel and brakes can come off causing lots of damage,not to mention maybe causing a wreck or three.at 65 mph the bad bearing can also break up, melt and when you stop,weld the wheel hun to the axle,which will require a wrecker to tow ya in and a lot of money to fix the problem
