A Muslim person can be Goth as long as he / she rejects any and all beliefs or aesthetics that is related to another religion.
They also have to stick to the Islamic dress code. (for girls, no skin showing other than hands, feet and face.) Within the Islamic dress code, there are MANY ways to look like an awesome goth, so that shouldn't be a problem.
The boundaries within Islam are actually really big. You can totally be goth (or belong in any other subculture) as long as there aren't any conflicts with Islam.
