Lugs are the components attached to the shell of a drum exterior. They are threaded on both ends to allow the tension rods to screw into them. The tension rods are used to tension the drum head (or skin) via the drum hoops.
Lug nuts are the nuts that hold the wheels/tires onto the vehicle.
if only one is broken, and others are tight, you can safely drive to get it repaired.it is not a big or expensive rpair
They probably will not fit, considering that most Chevrolets newer than '99 have at least a 6 lugnut bolt pattern.
The lug has been cross threaded and is ruined. It must be replaced. Now your problem is getting it off. Without seeing your vehicle I cannot advise you on how to accomplish this. You may very well have to disconnect the brake lines and remove the axle and take it off as an assembly.
Take it in and get a garage with an impact gun to remove them before you strip them and possibly cost yourself a rim. Try jacking up the car and putting it on a jackstand. Put the lug wrench on the lugnut, use the lugwrench to spin the wheel in the opposite direction of loosening then jerk the lugwrench the loosening direction using the momentum from the wheel to help you loosen it.
five on five from lugnut to lugnut.

unscrew them like a lugnut
If it has a locking lug nut on the wheels you will need a special key for that lugnut, and if it's a factory lock lugnut look all around in the trunk as the tool might be in there someplace.

Yes. I did that, works well.
That is called A antitheft nut. You should have A tool in the car for it, It will likely be in the trunk near the spare tire or in the glove compartment, It will look similar in size to a lugnut and it will fit A tire tool on one end and be the reverse ov the lugnut on the other. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, If your tool is lost, Go to A dealership, They will remove them for about $20 each.
