This is called inverse beta decay and it forms a neutron. Normally a neutron will decay into a proton and electron, but the opposite will happen given enough energy. Coincidentally, this is how neutron stars are formed (the immense pressure from gravity overcomes the force separating protons and electrons.)

A proton and a neutron added together would be Deuterium without an electron.

How would an electron react with another electron with a proton?

I think an electron will react maybe kind of together to get in side a bulb but if the proton is there i think it will make there slower.

What would if an electron was forced to bombard a proton?

Different possible outcomes, depending on the energy of the collision. At low energies the electron and proton could combine to form a Hydrogen atom. At high energies the collision can produce pions and other particles.

Does an electron or proton have a larger charge?

No. The electron and proton have the same amount of charge. Its just that the electron's charge is negative and the proton's charge is positive.

What is the difference in the amount of charges in a proton and electron?

A proton and an electron have exactly opposite charges. If you take the charge of a proton as +1, then an electron has a charge of -1.
