I found this stat from 2005. Surprised about the low penetration of cameraphones.. Hopefully things have inched up year over year by 2008 with people upgrading to subsidised cameraphones from their carriers in return for renewing their annual plan
"Of the 192 million cellphones in the U.S., about 18%, or roughly 34.5 million, now have cameras."

When you first spawn a camera, you'll see a keypad next to it. Click on one of those and it should turn blue. Lets say you chose the number 5. After you spawn the camera and you press number 5 on the keypad, you will be looking through the camera you spawned. -Hyper Sniper

A percentage is a relationship between two numbers. In this instance, the answer will depend on whether you compare the number of cars on California compared with: the number of cars in the US the number of cars in the world
You get a percentage usually by comparing two numbers against each other. One number compared to itself is always 100%
The percentage of 24 would depend on the context or what it is being compared to. If you are asking for the percentage of 24 out of 100, then it would be 24%. However, if you are asking for the percentage that 24 represents out of a larger number, then it would be calculated in relation to that number.
The term that describes a number compared to 100 is "percentage." A percentage represents a fraction of 100, indicating how much of the whole is being referred to. For example, 45% means 45 out of 100. Percentages are commonly used to express proportions, comparisons, and statistical data.

As of my last knowledge update, China has the largest number of cellphones, with over a billion mobile subscriptions. The country's vast population, coupled with its rapid technological advancement and widespread smartphone adoption, contributes to this statistic. Additionally, China's extensive manufacturing capabilities have enabled it to produce and distribute cellphones at an unprecedented scale.
Research indicates that a significant number of men struggle to live without their cellphones, with studies suggesting that around 60-70% report feeling anxious or uncomfortable when separated from their devices. However, a smaller percentage, approximately 20-30%, feel they could manage without their phones for an extended period. This highlights the varying levels of dependency on technology among men. Ultimately, the exact percentage can differ based on lifestyle and personal preferences.
