A diet in High saturated fat means there is more cholesterol in your blood, this is deposited throughout your veins/arteries and will decrease the diameter of them, meaning less blood can pass through and at a higher pressure. This is all detrimental to your heart and the functioning. Leading to Heart attacks, stroke, and failure of the organ.
