Most of the time when a car alarm goes off constantly the vibration sensor is adjusted too sensitive. Most alarm guys mount them on the firewall or in the engine compartment. They are a small plastic box ( sometimes clear plastic ) attached to a thin metal strip that is held in place with a self tapping screw. On the plastic box is a very small counter sunk screw that can be turned to change the sensitivity of this sender.

Try disconnecting the battery for at least 10 minutes and then reconnect and try. Check the starter, it don't all the time go right out it will crank but not turn the engine over when it start to go bad, then you you will hear the clicking latter on.

Hi, you have a relay problem. I would first try the relay that is the kill relay in case you are in a accident. It is located in the trunk of the car on the drivers side in the side wall. You have to pull off the carpet or plastic on that side and you will see the relay. That is seldom that it goes bad, but I am thinking that could be what is wrong with your car. Hope this helps
