I had issues with the arm rest coming loose and wobbling and I ended up removing the driver side arm rest and the passenger side arm rest and swapping the two. To remove the arm rest, peel back the velcro at the base of the arm rest, peeling back the cover and revealing the bolt. Then, simply loosen the bolt using a Torx bit size T60 I believe, and that should remove the arm rest.
No, not unless you replace both second rear side seats. or remove the center arm rest. I own a 8 passenger version and It doesnt have arm rest on the seats.
Ah, a lovely word that comes to mind is "aches." When your muscles feel sore and tired, they may be experiencing aches. It's important to rest, take care of yourself, and maybe even do a little gentle stretching to help those aches ease away. Remember, it's all part of taking care of yourself and your body.
Maybe you've been sleeping in the wrong position. Sleeping with you head on your arm, for example, can cut off the circulation through your arm, so therefor it goes numb. I'm not too familiar with the numb legs though, sorry. It may be an anxiety attack

Your arm aches because you might have been sleeping on one arm and putting to much pressure on it. Later, it might feel numb, or might ache. Also, it can happen to both of your arms.
on the end that attaches to the side of the back rest there is a zipper. open the zipper, then you can tighten the bolt that holds the arm rest in place. takes about 30 mins & your done. Make sure the arm rest is where you want it as you tighten the bolt.
