A marine enamel or an epoxy paint is your best bet. However I wouldn't expect any paint to last in a bath.

Preferably paint that has not already dried solid inside the paint can. I would highly recommend this type for most any use on an interior or exterior surface.
I would only use this paint in kitchen and or bathroom areas. Window sills are ok too.
