The Ancient Greek Society originally used the Doric system of architecture. Original Doric columns stood directly on flat pavement and did not have a base. The Doric system was later adopted by the Romans.
You can see examples of Greek architecture today like the White House and the U.S. Supreme Court building. Here are 3 of the columns used in Greek architecture: doric, ionic, and corinthian.
Currently doing Classical Civilisation GCSE, not only did they have Doric style columns (characterised by their rather plain capital (that little ring thing at the top of the column) and lack of entasis/base) but they also housed Double Doric columns in the naos with it's cult statue. I don't why but I find that so cute, they're like mini-versions of the regular Doric Columns. You should check out the Assasin's creed Parthenon and look at their columns, or some artist reconstructions as I can't really put these into words that well. Plus, I'm only at GCSE, this might not be the most informed explanation of their columns. Feel free to correct me if need be
Early Christian Architecture was influenced a lot by Ancient Roman Architecture, which is characterized by repitition of arches. In this time, they actually converted old Roman buildings into religious structures, like the basilicas. On the other hand, Byzantine Architecture was inspired by Moorish Architecture because of the spread of Islam during that time. It is characterized by the addition of pointed elements, particularly in the dome. They introduce the onion dome, addition of pinnacles, turretts(not sure of the spelling), colorful mosaic murals, and introduction of colored buildings. Early Christian architecture and early Byzantine architecture are one and the same, as the Byzantine (or Romans as they called themselves) were in fact the early christians. The Moors were not invented at the time. The Mosque archetype in Ottoman architecture (which in popular terms counts as "Moorish"), as well as the Rock Mosque in Jerusalem, draw partly their architectural language from the Hagia Sofia in Istanbul, which at the time of erection was the largest church of Christianity.
There are six abbreviations for architecture. Archit, ARCH, ARC, Arch., Archit, and A are all used in the architecture field.
Visionary architecture can be defined as architecture that only exists on paper. This means that is has visionary qualities and not used on any structure.
ionian, corinthian, and doric

Ionic columns were used in classical Greek architecture to support entablatures and roofs in temples and public buildings. They are characterized by their scroll-shaped capital, known as a volute. The Ionic order is one of the three classical orders of ancient Greek architecture, along with Doric and Corinthian.
The Doric column style is widely used due to its sturdiness and simplicity. Characterized by its plain, fluted shaft and sturdy base, the Doric column is often associated with ancient Greek architecture. Its robust design makes it suitable for various structures, contributing to its prevalence in classical and modern buildings alike.
The three types of pillars used by the ancient Greeks in their temple architecture are the Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian orders. The Doric order is the simplest, characterized by sturdy, fluted columns with a plain capital. The Ionic order features more slender, fluted columns with scroll-like volutes on the capital, while the Corinthian order is the most ornate, distinguished by elaborate acanthus leaf decorations on its capital. Each style reflects different aesthetic values and functions in Greek architecture.
Difference Between Software Architecture and Software DesignSoftware Architecture focuses more on the interaction between the externally visible components of the system where as the Design is about how the internal components of the system interact with each other.Software Architecture is more about what we want the system to do and and Design is about how we want to achieve that.Software architecture is at a higher level of abstraction than the Software Design.Software Architecture is concerned with issues beyond the data structures and algorithms used in the system.

The three types of Greek columns are Doric, Ionic and Corinthian. 1. Dorian represents man or male 2. Ionic represents woman or female 3. Corinthian represents the young maiden
The machine was the EDVAC computer.
Enterprise software architecture relates to architecture of enterprise-scale systems i.e. large and complex systems or systems of systems in support of enterprise processes. System software is like any other operating system used on a computer to keep it running.

renaissance art consisted of alot of temple like characteristics such as domes. pillars were also very common. There were five pillars, or orders, that were used in the rnaissance. the tuscan order, the doric order, ionic order, corinthean order, and composite order. early renaissance architects used the ornate the most, then moved on to the simple doric during high renaissance. also, colours such as re, and beige became very prevelant.
