if u are talking about for themanga, the writer has said that she is working on one. for the Japanese live action, there has been two parts and a movie. for the Korean oner there has been one part but it has been stated that there will be a second part. there is a Taiwanese one that has two parts and a four part side series. and there is a Chinese one but i don't know if that will have another part or not.

No. There won't be a second season. The last episode is the last! Jun Pyo and Jan Di won't have a child. But they will live together. And when it was valentines day, he made cookies, like the cookies Jandi made for him on valentines. Then, Woobin interrups and makes fun of Jun Pyo, but Jun Pyo sent him out. Aww... :[
