Either you are making this up, or there is a scam going on. My guess, you are just aching for attention so you are making this all up, if you have some proof, then okay, but you don't plus Google Earth doesn't update that often.

First click the link icon then copy the URL under the 'Paste link in email or IM' label. Next, append "&output=kml" to the URL (without the quotes) and open it in your web browser to launch Google Earth.UPDATE:Note that this trick has been removed as of August 2012 and Google Maps no longer supports the undocumented output=kmlparameter.Google has documented how to share data from Google Maps to Google Earth - see related link below.
The free version of Google Earth has an outdated map of the world from about 2005. The paid version of Google Earth is updated regularly.
The moon is Earth's natural satellite and is not next to any other planet in our solar system. It orbits around Earth.
Google gets its imagery from a variety of sources such as commercial satellite providers such as DigitalGlobe and GeoEye as well as from government and local agencies. Once the imagery is acquired by Google, it next has to be processed into the format and coordinate system of Google Earth's databases. Then it goes through a quality control process and processing system before getting distributed to the Google Earth database servers. This is one reason you usually do not find any imagery newer than about 6 months in Google Earth.
A satellite. It has already been done. Check out Google Earth, and you can see Mars' polar ice caps, and everything. Right next to the face, you can even chat with a robot. :D
When an object is dropped from a satellite in orbit around Earth, it will continue orbiting Earth at the same speed and direction as the satellite. From the perspective of someone on the satellite, the object will appear to float next to them due to being in free fall. However, once the object encounters Earth's atmosphere, it will experience drag and eventually fall towards Earth.

However, Google does provide the list of cities where Google cars are currently driving in. See related link below.

Google acquires its imagery from a variety of commercial satellite imagery providers like GeoEye. The imagery on average is 3 years old and Google usually doesn't announce when an area will be updated but it does announce when new imagery is available. You can sign up to be notified when your location has been updated using Google's 'Follow Your World' notification service.

Google imagery is updated often and even if a plane is caught in flight on a given image -the next update for that area will no longer have the plane. Google Earth is more suited for seeing planes in flight especially with its 'Historical Imagery' so you can return to a particular place and time to see a plane caught in flight. The short answer is that you can see planes in flight on Google Maps and Google Earth. The long answer is that I am sure Google data is pulled from both satellite data and "flown" images. Flown images are taken at lower altitude so commercial planes are likely routed over the one taking the images.
