Yes it does, if it needs to be replaced i suggest going to your local auto parts store and buying one, this will give you an idea of what your looking for. There are two other relays that look exactly like this one and they are all located up against the fire wall. The Starter relay and the Fan relay are located on the drivers side. The Fan relay is the one closer to the fender and the Starter relay farther.

If I am not mistaken, I belive the fan relay switch is located directly behind the battery in a little black box. You have to sorta pry these two little clasps (sorta hard) in order to get the lid of the box off. Inside there are a bunch of switches.
