We would need to know the vehicle to answer this. To my knowledge primarily Ford used roll-over switches to shut off the fuel pump, other manufacturers use different methods, not a shut-off valve.
Not familiar with that term for a Rav4. What are you trying to do?
Yes. When your GM security system activates, it disables fuel delivery to prevent startup.
Yes, a 1999 Toyota Camry does have an emergency fuel shut off switch. The switch is actually built in the car and will shut off itself during an accident.
Emergency Fuel Shutoff is a sensor that is designed to detect collisions and shut off the fuel supply to the engine in case of damage. It's goal is to reduce the likely hood of fire/explosion.
Not sure what a fuel shut off valve is on a 2000 Lesabre. There is a fuel pump relay, a fuel pressure regulator, a fuel pump, fuel injectors, a fuel filter, but no fuel shut off valve.
where is the fuel shut-off valve on a 1998 4 runner?
shut off valve filters in tank stopped up or the valve is bad.
Not sure why you'd ask such a question in the first place, but there is no shut off valve. The fuel pump (which is inside the tank) is operated by a relay (which receives a signal from the computer). Don't know if any of that helps.
Inside the truck on the driver's side.
fuel cut off valve not working, to shut a diesel off all you have to do is cut off the fuel,
There isn't a fuel shutoff valve.
From what I've been told Chevy's do not have fuel shut off devices.
The fuel shut off valve on a 2000 Chevy S10 pickup is located just outside the gas tank. It is designed to shut fuel off to the fuel pump in the event of an accident to prevent a fire and to kill the engine.
It doesn't need a shut off valve. In fact only Ford Motor Company installs fuel shut off valves in their cars.
Indeed.
sorry it is not.
