First you need to log on to the library computerand go on the catalog. Look up "dining" and notice that the book has been checked out by Rachel. Go and talk to to Rachel, then Mel. Go back down to the library and look around for the book. Then turn to the front desk and go behind it and see a lost and found drawer with roman numerals.
The roman numerals are 2641 (I think, don't quite remember). Take the Rachel's book and go see Rachel. She'll give you the Victorian Dining book. Flip through it and find a student ID card.
If you've read the Waverly News, you'll remember that a student used her ID card to break into a dorm.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you set your clock to 11:00 PM or you'll receive demerits. Also, save your game in case you get expelled or receive demerits.
After curfew, sneak to the classroom and select the ID card and use it on the lock. It should slide open.

The Key, or as your trying to say Rockhopper's Key Pin is located in the room above the coffee shop. The room above the coffee shop, which is called the Book Room. In the book room is a bookcase click on it, and there will be a book about Rockhopper, flip to the end to get the key!
