where is the airconditor drain hose on a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville
you have to take it to a shop that can professionally drain the refrigerant from the compressor. It is very hazardous stuff and CAN NOT be drained into the air, it has to be captured. Then you just have to unbolt the compressor. You may have to remove the radiator first.
The pitcock drain value is located on the lower left side of the radiator, you might need a pair of pliers to turn the drain. The coolant will drain out of the hole in the radiator's lower left ruubber mount. It may or may not have a drain plug for the radiator. Look at the bottom of the radiator usually on the passenger side of the car. It doesn't really look like an actual plug. It is more like a plastick wing nut, just unscrew it and it should drain. Some radiators don't have drain plugs at all. If it doesn't just take off the lower radiator hose from either the radiator or the engine block and do it that way i think the sunfire drain is on the driverside of radiator facing forward. it should be a 1/4 inch hole in center. you have to turn and pull to drain. be careful not to damage plug or radiator.
There is no drain plug but a condensation drain tube located on the passenger side firewall or just below ( rubber tube sticking out ) It may be plugged and a coat hanger or compressed air will open it. Your heater core may also be leaking if there is also coolant on the floorboard. If so it will need to be replaced.

It is on the bottom of the radiator on the drivers side.
Most vehicles do not.
there may not be one if there is it is on the bottom if not you just remove the bottom radiator hose to drain
If it does not have a drain plug, just simply remove the lower radiator hose.
Should be at the bottom of the radiator logically...
there may not be one if there is is it on the bottom side and if it is not you candrain it by removing the bottom rad hose The 1999 Pontiac Grand Am does not have a radiator drain valve. To drain the radiator, remove the lower radiator hose. The engine should be cold and the water fill cap removed for venting. I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand AM and radiator drain cock is located at the lower/front (not bottom) at the curbside of the radiator, you will need a hex key to back out petcock. .
The coolant drain on a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am is located on the bottom of the radiator on the right side. It allows coolant to be quickly removed during maintenance and flushes.
