Front of engine, right side as you're facing engine. It's about a foot down and sits upright in a black case with a spin-on top. You'll need a big socket to remove the top and the old filter will pull out.
Very simply, in the front, top center of the engine. If you locate the dip stick, just stay on that line, about 3-4 inches toward the center of the engine, you will see a plastic cap, with a 32mm nut shape on top. This is the oil filter cap. Just unscrew this, and you will find a cartridge type filter attached to it.
The fuel filter is integrated with the fuel pump module inside the fuel tank. This filter is not serviceable by itself.
it is located in a canister on the top right side of the engine. remove the plastic engine cover on the top of the engine and you will see it. The cover is held on by two screws and four acorn nuts.

Oil drain plug is just to the right side of the oil pan from the filter. Heads up, it is pointed sideways so when the plug is removed oil squirts waaaaay out there. Good luck catching all of it.
The oil filter in the 2007 Saturn Sky is located under the hood right in front of the intake manifold. You will want to look for a black cap that has a raised hex on it. The filter is located underneath this cap.

The base price is around $15,000, considering you are in the US. But, the price does matter if the years are different. The 2007 Saturn VUE Hybrid used is about $12,00, but a 2009 Saturn VUE Hybrid used is about $16,500. Good luck on finding the right car for you.
This engine does not have your typical screw on style filter. It is just a cartridge. If you look on the drivers side of the intake manifold you will see a black cap with a big hex on the top of it. That is where the filter is. Remove that cap and replace the filter. This is for the oil filter!!!!!!

Under the top cover...there is a black cap. Use either a wrench or a set of channel locks to open that up. The canister filter goes in there.
