The solenoid is on the left hand side facing the engine underneath the block. There are only 3 bolts to change it out and u need to do it from underneath the car. It's right next to the where the transmission connects to the block. good luck
If the 93 Stealth came with a crank sensor but it does not have one now, then it will not start. The sensor shows the ignition coil when to send power to the spark plugs.
I think that one is a 3/8 Allen.
I'd check two things: I don't remember what year Ford changed over, but if yours still has the starter solenoid on the fender, make sure you haven't crossed the small wires. If the solenoid is on the starter, are you certain that you've wired the starter right? There are a couple small wires that connect to the starter,if you connect them wrong it could the cause problems you describe. If you're CERTAIN that the starter and/or solenoid are connected properly, start looking seriously at the ignition switch.
The alternator on a 1993 Dodge is regulated by the engine computer. You would have to find an aftermarket regulator and follow it's wiring schematic. The alternator on a 1993 Dodge is regulated by the engine computer. You would have to find an aftermarket regulator and follow it's wiring schematic.
from what ive read you can switch the starter relay with the horn relay and give it a try.... if she starts and the horn dont work you have a bad relay

Type: Where is the transmission solenoid located on a 1993 2.5 liter engine Dodge Caravan?
A604/41te
By doing this the engine has a high ratio of working but, the transmission also has a high possibilty of not working so, my thoughts are to just change the engine not the transmission.
