The same way as you catch other Pokemon, whittle away its HP to red, and try to give it a status condition such as Paralysis or Sleep (don't Burn or Poison it). Throw balls at it (Ultra/Great mainly) and hopefully you will catch it.
You can catch Suicune using any type of pokeball. The best odds of catching it come with the ultra ball. If you use a master ball, it is a certain catch. Any other ball has less odds.
No! First It depends what type of pain you painted on your deck! It can if its a natural juice like Grape juice. Wood is a very obsorant material and it'll suck up whatever it can. However if your deck has a wood stain on it that you'll be fine. Or if its painted or if you have a water seel on it.

what?New Answer:You have to migrate Seel from Pokemon Firered or Pokemon Leafgreen. To do that get the National Dex (finishing your first pokedex, then talk to P. Rowan) then go to the Pal park, Just surf south of Sadgem Town, and go to the building of the Pal Park. Save and turn off your game. Insert either Firered or Leafgreen in your GBA slot and turn it on again. Select the option "Migrate from ..." and select your Seel from either game. Then you are able to catch your pokemon. It is a 100% catch rate so don't worry. Hope this helps.New and better Answer:u can catch it with out migarating (dont listen to the rubbish above!!!) go to route 226 and use surf and youll see iti caught mine there so it trueComment:the guy aboves right! i caught 1 there 2
