what?
New Answer:
You have to migrate Seel from Pokemon FireRed or Pokemon Leafgreen. To do that get the National Dex (finishing your first pokedex, then talk to P. Rowan) then go to the Pal park, Just surf south of Sadgem Town, and go to the building of the Pal Park. Save and turn off your game. Insert either Firered or Leafgreen in your GBA slot and turn it on again. Select the option "Migrate from ..." and select your Seel from either game. Then you are able to catch your pokemon. It is a 100% catch rate so don't worry. Hope this helps.

Look on your pokedex and press AREA when you get to seel

Not really that rare... in Pokemon Diamond you can find Sunkerns on Route 204
You cannot find a Charmander on Pokemon diamond. You have to get it from Pokemon Fire Red or Pokemon Leaf Green. Charmander is a starter Pokemon, so you don't have to catch it.

The same Pokemon you find in Diamond and Pearl. Tentacruel, Magikarp, Golduck, Psyduck, Seaking, Goldeen, Seel, Dewdong, and rarely for me Gyarados. But their are much more than just that. Thanks for letting me answer your question!
Pokemon #79 in Diamond is Seaking. You can find it on routes 203, 204, 209, 212-North & 214, Twinleaf Town, Resort Area, Lake Verity, Lake Acuity, Lake Valor, and the Spring Path (Fish with super rod).
You can find Pidey in a Pokemon Outbreak in Pokemon Diamond
That would be seaking.
Seadra does not evolve into Seaking. Ever. Period.
Seaking is #119 in the national pokedex, and it is a Water type Pokemon.
Seaking, definitely, it has great stats compared to Azumarill. But Seaking still kinda stinks stat wise, get a Ludicolo, Tentacruel, or Kingdra
where do i find a totodile in Pokemon diamond/pearl on nintendods
You can not find or get manaphy on Pokemon diamond but you can by hacking, trading or... if you have Pokemon ranger you have to complete the manaphy mission and then you can put it onto diamond.
