Yes you can but if its kitchen spoons and spatulas, anything wooden you use for cooking throw away, boilling water usually does the trick and how about using carbonated soda instead of bleach? its safer and i think its food with cleaning stains.
For blue/pink stains on concrete, use a 25% solution of bleach (1/4 cup bleach with 3/4 cup water). Pour on stain, cover with kitty litter, wet litter with more solution. For lighter stains, allow to sit 15 minutes or so; for tough stains, leave overnight. Bleach may be harmful to plants growing near the treated area. Use Caution!

you can't but you can get a permanent maker and color the bleach stains
