Well, you have to paint every single spot there is on the painting. Including the doorknobs on the first building, the eyes including the parts that should be white, and every inch of the painting will be colored. It is easy of you paint the whole thing black first, and then if you see any white spots you know you missed a spot. Then you paint the black spots the real color you want, but leave really hard to get things black if you want. That is how you get 100% on the painting.
